Here’s is Kristin’s story.

Hormone FIT
“Hi, my name is Kristin! After having a baby and breastfeeding for 9 months I had been having a hard time losing the baby weight. I didn’t know what to do. I was worried to go on a diet, because I did not want to lose my milk supply. Then I started Hormone FIT. The first week of being on the diet was difficult, but not impossible. By the 5th day I noticed a difference in my body and my milk supply was better than it had ever been. And by week two others started to ask me what I was doing to lose the baby weight. It felt amazing to have others notice. After the third week I was feeling tone and fit. By the fourth week I felt like I could do this diet forever. It didn’t even feel like it was a diet anymore. I was more aware of foods and my body. I had tons of energy and felt so healthy. I was getting so many compliments and my confidence level was the highest it had ever been. I was just glowing. Hormone FIT helped me to lose my baby weight and tone my body after having a baby. I lost 11 lbs and am now more tone in my arms, legs, and stomach (through the home workout plan). Even my face is thinner. I honestly cannot believe how good I feel and how quickly I was able to reach my goal weight. I dropped a whole pants size and now love shopping for clothes again! Hormone FIT was a lifestyle change for me and something easy to stick with. Thank you, Dr. Kristin for guiding and supporting me along the way!”
